1. Information we collect

Account data

Your Telegram identity, email address where provided, and billing references used for authentication and subscription management.

Broker credentials

API keys for your connected broker or exchange accounts. We never request withdrawal permissions.

Trading activity

Trade history, balance snapshots and performance metrics, used to generate your analytics and to track signal outcomes.

Device data

IP address, client type and login timestamps, retained for security and fraud prevention.

2. How we use your data

• To execute automated trades according to your configured strategies.
• To provide performance analytics and leaderboard rankings — anonymised unless you opt in.
• To send alerts regarding risk management, margin conditions and system status.
• To prevent fraud and maintain the security of the Platform.

3. Data security

• AES-256 encryption. Broker API keys are encrypted at rest and never displayed in plain text.
• No support access to secrets. Our support staff cannot read your API secrets or move your funds.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with:

• Our payment processor — Bachs — for billing.
• Cloud infrastructure providers, for hosting.
• Law enforcement, only where compelled by a valid court order.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request its deletion, at any time through the bot. Deletion requests are honoured except where we are required to retain records for legal or accounting purposes.
