Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using the VarianTrade algorithmic trading infrastructure. By deploying our systems, you acknowledge the inherent risks of automated financial execution.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using VarianTrade (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Nature of services

VarianTrade provides software-as-a-service tools for:

  • Algorithmic market analysis and sentiment scanning.
  • Automated trade execution via third-party broker APIs.
  • Social copy-trading and leaderboard analytics.

Important. VarianTrade is a technology provider, not a registered financial advisor or broker-dealer. We do not hold custody of your funds. All trade execution occurs on your own connected broker or exchange accounts.

3. Algorithmic risk and liability

You acknowledge that algorithmic trading involves significant risk. VarianTrade is not liable for:

  • Execution latency — delays caused by broker or exchange API outages, or internet instability.
  • Market gaps — slippage occurring during high-volatility news events.
  • Software bugs — unforeseen errors in strategy logic or third-party libraries.
  • Loss of funds — trading losses incurred while using the Platform.

4. Subscription and payments

VarianTrade offers a free plan limited to AI chart recommendations, and one paid product sold over three terms — a one-week trial at $15, a monthly plan at $54.99, and a yearly plan at $499 — with optional one-off AI credit packs. The trial is a single charge and does not renew. Payments are processed by Bachs. No refunds are issued for partial periods of service, or on the basis of trading performance.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer the VarianTrade execution engine or AI models.
  • Use the Platform for market manipulation, including spoofing and wash trading.
  • Share your API keys or account credentials with unauthorised third parties.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
